Merry Christmas from the Westerlage family!

This past weekend I got to spend time with one of my favorite families.... my own! :) On Sunday I picked up my two cousins and we went on an adventure around the area taking pictures for their Christmas card!

For about five years I was a nanny for Matthew and Catherine! I watched them grow up and into the great kids they are! They are so much fun to hang out with and I miss getting to see them everyday! I was so excited to get to spend some time with them during the photo shoot! 

We had a lot of fun signing to Christmas songs and stopping at random places on the side of the road to take pictures! They also got to use some of my Christmas props; they definitely gave me some priceless pictures with those! 

At the end of the photo shoot I got to take a few pictures of the whole family at their house. They are such a loving family and I am so proud to be able to call them mine. 

I love you guys and I hope you enjoy these pictures! Can't wait to get the Christmas card! ;)

One big happy family

About a week ago I had the opportunity to spend time with such an amazing family! Katie, one of my sorority sisters, called me to set up the photo shoot. Her and her sister wanted to have family pictures taken. I was more than willing to help them out and so excited to get to meet her whole family! So many family members showed up for this photo shoot which made it even more fun!

I loved getting to meet everyone one in her family! Everyone was so nice and so loving. It was a true joy to get to spend the morning with the Sanders family!

Sweet Little Katie

Its that time of the year again, which means its also time for me to take pictures of one of my very favorite little girls! I adore Katie and the camera loves her too! She is so stinkin' cute and it is always fun to take her pictures! 

This is my third photo shoot with Katie! She has grown up so much since I first took her pictures! I think she gets cuter and cuter with every passing day! I absolutely love her mom too; she is so incredibly sweet and a joy to work with. 

Katie and Lisa have the picture perfect mother daughter bond. I loved getting to take candid pictures of them interacting with each other. If you can't tell from the pictures, the love between these two is so deep!

Lisa- thanks for choosing me again to take pictures of you and Katie! It is always one of my favorites!

A Lydahl Christmas

Today I did another Christmas photo shoot! I think Christmas photo shoots are by far my favorite! Everyone is always in a good mood and always dressed festive. Plus Christmas props are always fun! 

The family I took pictures of today took full advantage of my Christmas props and I absolutely loved it! 

The Lydahl's are a super sweet family and I really enjoyed getting to spend my Sunday morning with them! Mrs. Lydahl is a total sweetheart! I really enjoyed getting to visit with her and she also had some really great ideas for their Christmas card pictures. Getting to meet Mr. Lydahl, their son, and his girlfriend was also a pleasure! In a little over an hour I was able to see just how loving of a family they are! Throughout the photo shoot they would joke with each other; you could how strong of a bond this family had! 

I'm so glad I was able to take holiday pictures for the Lydahls! Here are some of my favorites:
